A warm, hospitality-led office in Dubai Hills.
DHG Properties is a real estate office in Dubai Hills, planned to feel closer to a hotel lobby than a corporate floor. Dark fluted timber, warm oak panelling and a slatted timber ceiling are set against veined marble, soft stone floors and layered linear light, leading clients from reception into a lounge and coffee bar.
Designed and built by K4, the plan moves from the reception and client lounge to a boardroom, glass-fronted private offices and director suites, with a fitted pantry and dark stone washrooms finished to the same standard.

Frameless glass doors with frosted bands give each office privacy without losing light, set in slim black frames along a corridor with linear ceiling slots.

Room to sit, and stay a while.
Modular sofas in cream and dark leather, marble-topped tables and upholstered armchairs on large-format grey stone, beneath a slatted timber ceiling, with the coffee bar framed at the far end.
Ten seats, one table.
A ten-seat boardroom in warm grey oak and tan leather, with a marble inlay down the centre of the table, sculpted wave pendants and lit display niches either side of the screen.
Two desks, one view.
Paired executive desks face a timber screen wall framed by backlit marble panels and lit open shelving, on a herringbone oak floor under a soft lighting cove.
