The Residence

A quiet, light-filled home on Frond E.

Villa Elara is a contemporary family villa on Frond E of Palm Jumeirah. It's a soft, neutral home where grey marble, smoked oak joinery and black-framed glazing are set against pale walls and wide-plank oak floors, with the Dubai Marina skyline across the water.

Designed and delivered by K4, the home centres on an open entertaining level: an island bar with a hanging glass rack, a dining room under a lit oval cove, and a dark, tailored kitchen behind reeded-glass doors.

An island bar, at the heart of the home.

A waterfall marble island with a fluted oak front and concealed lighting anchors the living level. A suspended black-steel rack holds glassware and bottles overhead, and full-height oak joinery wraps the wall with lit display shelving.

Darker, and quietly tailored.

Matte black tall units and oak upper cabinetry frame a stone-topped island, with black-framed reeded-glass doors letting light through from the rooms beyond.
