Villa Pinea is Villa 9 in Cluster 20 of Jumeirah Islands, a two-storey Mediterranean family home under a terracotta roof. Sculpted cloud pines, a travertine terrace and a mosaic infinity pool lined with fire bowls frame the house, while full-height black-framed glazing opens the living level to the garden.
Designed and delivered by K4, the interiors layer travertine, Rosso Levanto marble, smoked oak and bronze: a double-height reception lounge, a dining room and bar under a hammered-metal ceiling, and private suites finished like a boutique hotel.
