Cayan Duplex
Two levels, one quiet line.
A duplex in Cayan Tower, Dubai Marina, designed and built end-to-end by K4 Group. The brief was calm, pared-back luxury: oak, travertine and soft grey velvet, with the Marina framed by full-height windows.
A floating oak staircase with a frameless glass balustrade links the two levels, rising through a double-height lounge. Flush oak wall panels hide storage and doors, while lit niches and a glazed wine wall add warmth after dark.
One open floor, wrapped in oak.
The lounge, dining table and kitchen share a single open plan, held together by a continuous oak wall with lit niches and a glazed wine store. Paper-leaf pendants float over the sofa, with the staircase rising behind.
Travertine, oak and a table that flows.
A travertine island runs straight into a curved oak dining table on a brushed brass column, seating six on velvet chairs. Handleless cabinetry, a lit travertine splashback and integrated appliances keep the kitchen quiet.

Soft grey velvet, floating light.
A low modular velvet sofa and a sculpted black coffee table sit beneath three paper-leaf pendants and a cove-lit ceiling, looking through to the kitchen and its oak and travertine wall.
Arriving to the Marina.
The entrance runs along a wall of flush oak panels with a concealed door, opening onto the double-height living space. The floating stair climbs to the gallery above, with the Marina towers filling the full-height windows.

A full-width channel-tufted headboard with a hidden light line sits against a soft plaster wall, flanked by floating oak bedside units and slim glass pendants. Tall wardrobes with timber pulls line the walk through.
