Fairmont Apartment
Warm, quiet luxury, on the Palm.
An apartment at Fairmont The Palm, designed and built end-to-end by K4 Group. The brief was a calm, contemporary home: a soft palette of sand, oak and stone, lit by architectural track lighting and warmed by afternoon sun off the Gulf.
Herringbone oak floors run through every room. Bespoke joinery, marble surfaces and integrated lighting tie the living, dining and bedroom spaces into one considered whole, with the terrace and Dubai skyline always in view.
Soft forms, city light.
A curved bouclé sofa and armchair face a floating oak media wall, while sheer curtains filter the light from full-height windows onto the Dubai skyline. Lit shelving turns a quiet corner into a reading nook.
A table set in stone and walnut.
A veined marble dining table is framed by walnut-armed chairs, with a sculptural pendant above. Behind it, backlit floating shelves and a stone-lined bar niche turn the wall into a display.

A stone wall, opening to the terrace.
A dramatic veined-marble media wall sits beside tall, lit glass cabinets, with a low oak plinth running beneath. Sliding doors open onto the arched terrace and its outdoor dining table.
Layered textures, made for rest.
A channel-tufted headboard sits against a dark glass panel, framed by soft fabric walls and slim pendant lights. Oak bedside tables and an upholstered bench complete a calm, hotel-grade suite.
04, Master · Suite
A ring of light, in the suite.
A bespoke vanity in oak and marble sits beneath a backlit circular mirror, with drawers and a dressing stool built into the same line of joinery as the bedroom.
A first impression, softly curved.
The entry opens on a curved, fabric-wrapped wall with a floating marble console and a bronze relief artwork, then leads through to the living room and the terrace beyond.
