The K4 head office is a project in its own right, designed, engineered and delivered by the same in-house team that builds the villas across this site. Every discipline turned inward: structure, MEP, marble, joinery, glazing, automation and styling, held to the standard we set for our clients.
The result is a working headquarters and a live showroom in one, a marble-clad arrival, a curated materials library, a brand-built boardroom and a daylit open studio overlooking the city. The brief, in two words, was the promise on the desk: one step ahead.
A first impression, built to brief.
The arrival sequence sets the tone, a book-matched marble desk and back-lit K4 mark, a curved cobalt sofa and stone-clad columns framing a glazed arch into the studio beyond. Materiality and brand, working as one.
Where the work begins.
The design studio is glazed, gallery-lit and unmistakably ours, timber-wrapped workstations, curated art and a statement ceiling disc set the creative tone for the team that draws every K4 home.
02, Design office
The brand, at full scale.
An oversized K4 monogram is inlaid into the boardroom feature wall in signature blue on warm oak, sculptural pendants, a dark-oak table and integrated AV make the room where decisions are made unmistakably K4.
Every finish, in your hand.
A floor-to-ceiling library of marble, stone, timber and metal samples sits at the heart of the office, the same curated palette clients select from, lit and displayed so material decisions can be made by touch, not by screen.
04, Materials libraryA studio built to be lived in.
Beyond the front of house, the working floor balances focus and pause, a daylit open studio under a sculpted timber-batten ceiling, and a relaxed café and breakout where the team gathers, both framed by the Dubai skyline.
