Oceana Pacific
Warm walnut, open to the city.
A full renovation of an apartment in the Pacific building at Oceana, Palm Jumeirah, designed and built end-to-end by K4 Group. The brief was a calm, hotel-grade home: walnut joinery, soft stone, pale oak floors and warm concealed lighting throughout.
The living room opens through full-height glazing onto a terrace with palms and the Dubai skyline beyond. Every room is tied together by the same walnut and the same line of warm light, from the kitchen and study to the bedrooms and baths.
One open room, full of sun.
Living, dining and kitchen share one open plan. A deep cream sectional faces the glazing, a dark timber table sits under a slim linear pendant, and the terrace and pool are a step away.
Walnut and stone, made to gather.
A wall of full-height walnut hides the appliances, beside handleless cream cabinets and a stone splashback. The stone island has a lit underside, bar seating and an integrated wine fridge, facing a dining table for eight.
02, Kitchen · Dining
A library corner, lit from within.
Walnut shelving wraps the corner of the lounge, each shelf lit along its edge, around a built-in desk. Opposite, a cream panelled media wall with floating walnut shelves keeps the room quiet.
Soft, warm and quiet.
A walnut wall runs the length of the room, holding the TV, a floating vanity desk and lit storage. An upholstered headboard sits against a walnut band with a hidden light line, framed by layered sheers and blackout curtains.
04, Bedroom · SuiteDark marble, bright detail.
A double vanity carved from dark green marble with bold white veining, with wall-mounted chrome taps and twin basins. A lit walnut niche sits between two mirrors, with soft light washing the stone walls on either side.

This Oceana Pacific apartment was renovated end-to-end by K4 Group, with every trade delivered in-house and one standard held from the joinery to the lighting.
