Sky View Residence
Living above the skyline.
Sky View Residence is a high-floor apartment in Downtown Dubai, designed and built end-to-end by K4 Group. Floor-to-ceiling glazing wraps the main living space, so the city's towers and the sunset become part of every room.
Inside, the palette is warm and quiet: travertine and black marble, rich walnut joinery, cream upholstery and bronze accents, all lit by concealed cove lighting that carries the glow of the evening sky indoors.
Travertine, walnut and space to gather.
A long travertine wall holds the media screen above a low walnut console, beside a lit glass-fronted bar cabinet. The dining table for ten sits on a soft rug across the room, with warm oak floors running through the whole space.
Black marble, bronze mirrors.
A black marble table on a brass frame seats ten on curved cream chairs. Two large bevelled bronze mirrors double the room and reflect a bold abstract artwork, with a walnut bar cabinet lit shelf by shelf beside it.
02, Dining · GalleryWaking up to the city.
A dark marble wall panel and a tall walnut pier frame an upholstered bed with a floating walnut bedside unit. Concealed lighting runs along the ceiling and the base of the stone, and the window opens straight onto the towers.
03, Bedroom · Suite
A spa bath in the sky.
Stone-clad walls and floors, a floating vanity with a black marble top and vessel basin, and black-framed glass enclosures for the rain shower and WC. A full-height window runs the length of the room, with the city far below.
