Villa Verdana
Green marble, soaring light.
Villa Verdana is a family villa in Sienna Lakes, Jumeirah Golf Estates, designed and built end-to-end by K4 Group. Its name comes from the deep green marble at the heart of the home, a single book-matched slab rising the full height of the living hall.
Around it, the palette stays soft and warm: fluted stone cladding, ivory upholstery, olive velvet and brass. Full-height arched glazing pulls the garden in, while a floating sculpture of woven light ribbons fills the double-height volume.

Two storeys, one quiet wall.
A plastered media wall rises between two backlit columns of green marble, with floating display shelves and a long linear fire below. Oak library joinery and a glass-railed gallery frame the room on the other side.
A room planned from above.
Seen from the upper gallery, the layout reads clearly: a deep L-shaped sofa, nested marble tables and a single olive velvet armchair, all set on a textured rug and washed in sunlight from the glazing.

Golden hour, indoors.
In the late afternoon, sunlight pours through the arched glazing and across the fluted stone, catching the brass lamps and the veins of the marble. The garden and its mature trees become part of the room.
