With K4, you can request a specific cleaner through our team or website. If they’re unavailable, we’ll provide a highly-rated replacement. While we aim to accommodate your preferred cleaner, we recommend booking in advance as our top-notch crew members get booked up quickly by regular clients.

One of the perks of working with K4 is that we are flexible. You can request our team to provide the cleaning materials or you can also provide your own. Please note the following items will be brought by our team:

We have 3 payment options: Cash, Payment Link, and Bank Transfer.

We greatly appreciate your preference for convenient payment methods. While our team doesn’t bring card machines, we would be delighted to accommodate your payment through cash or bank transfer. This way, you can choose the option that suits you best and enjoy a seamless payment experience.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel any services to avoid cancellation charges.

The minimum hours per booking is 2 hours.

It is AED 55 per hour

The cancellation fee is AED 40 if the team has arrived at the place

It requires every 3-6 months to service the AC which can provide hygiene airflow.

Leaving your AC on whilst away in the hotter months will help control humidity and reduce the risk of mold/ damp build-up. However, continuously running an AC unit without being monitored could cause serious issues, such as overflowing drains, electrical issues, and leakages. Our advice would be to service your AC before leaving or make sure that somebody can frequently check-in on your property to check for any issues.

The simple answer is planned preventative maintenance via an annual maintenance contract. The best way to ensure the optimum lifespans of your assets are met is through regularly conducted maintenance conducted by professionals.
