to final commission.
MEP is designed in from the very first phase of your fit-out, not fitted around the finishes afterward, so every system disappears seamlessly into the build.
- 01Week 1 to 2
Design Coordination
We resolve mechanical, electrical and plumbing routes against the architecture before a single chase is cut, avoiding clashes on site.
- 02Week 2 to 4
Shop Drawings & Approvals
Coordinated shop drawings are issued and, where required, submitted to DEWA, Civil Defence and other authorities for sign-off.
- 03Month 2 to 6
First & Second Fix
Containment, cabling, ductwork and pipework are installed in step with the build, then devices, fittings and fixtures follow.
- 04Month 6 to 8
Testing & Commissioning
Every circuit, system and appliance is tested, balanced and commissioned to manufacturer and code standard.
- 05Final weeks
Handover & Aftercare
As-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranty documentation are handed over, with our maintenance team on call after.
