As Renovation Consultant at K4, I am the first person you speak to when you are thinking about changing your home. My role is to listen, understand what you want to achieve and give you clear, honest advice before any design or budget is committed.
We start with a visit to understand your property, how you live and what is possible. From there, I guide you through scope, likely costs, timelines and the approvals your community requires, so every decision is made with the full picture in front of you.
Because K4 designs and builds everything in-house, the advice you receive is grounded in how your project will actually be delivered. When you are ready, I bring in our designers, engineers and project managers, and stay with you as your point of contact from the first conversation to handover.
